We offer fantastic value for money and we:

  • use more timber in our frames and trusses than building regulations require – and only use structural timber that’s treated for termites
  • take time to investigate your block’s soil structure, so foundation costs don’t blow out
  • include eaves in all standard designs for added comfort and style
  • batten and clip our ceilings to ensure they are a flat and level
  • have a fixed-price contract with no hidden extras
  • build generous double garages that really do fit two cars

This continues throughout the building process. We make sure our supervisors are not overloaded with projects, so they can actively monitor the quality of the build, ensure construction goes smoothly and keep you in the loop throughout the process.

Construction Insurance and Structural Warranty

We give you peace of mind with construction insurance that covers the building process and domestic builders’ insurance, which provides a six-and-a-half-year structural warranty effective, from issue of certificate of occupancy.
